Hello Members,
I've decided to reply on this post about 2 important announcements, instead of opening another thread post:
1. Today many sites were offline ( including the Cliquebook and Cliquesteria) for a couple of hours. This downtime was caused by Easycloud and Cloudflare server and I am not responsible for this. However, the sites are now working 100% and none had lost anything. I know it is super important for a ptc site not to experience downtime, but it is something out of my control.
2. That Promo Days broke many records in the both sites; Here I would ask you for your patience while I manage to answer all the support tickets. Daily I can manage 100 tickets maximum, some members wait for more than 24 hours in order the bonuses to be assigned, here I would say that you need only to be patient. It does not matter, it is not so important for your accounts to receive the bonuses right away, it is why please do not get nervous if I do not respond fast. I am the one who handles everything related with the support tickets, and I got only two hands....
3. My recent forum activity is not great, it is because of the Promo days. If someone has a question, please open a support ticket rather than asking in the forum. All the active forum members, please help me and respond to the member inquiries in the forum instead of me. It will help me a lot.
