Problem or Bug with the Grid

Good afternoon

Today I used the grid and I won 0.25$ prize but this amount was not credited on my account can you check please?
I used it 3 times and I win 3 times so I think it's a bug on the Grid. Please check and advise

What you have earned are not $0.25 prizes but 0.25 grid credit.
