can anyone please explain how bonus ad works ?
I mean does it takes time to reflect the click credit or how ?
as i don't see any changes in account balance when i view bonus ad.

Every bonus ad uses a different company for advertising, it is why each Bonus Ad has a different way for completion. But basically they all use the same principal. Please have a look at that tutorial, hope that will help you out:
