how to delete BlockGrid adds

Hi
I allocate some BockGrid adds. But now I waana delete it in order to use my credits
setting another site.
Wha cant I do so? I click on delete but they say " invalid request?
What to do ?

Hi,

Please open a support ticket and mention which ads you wish to delete, you also need to mention the new ads you wish to create, so I can do all that for you. You cannot delete and allocate credits from one grid ad to another, once assigned the grid credits are being used only for the given grid ad only.
