History: I deposit $ 5 for PM to withdraw payments, I upgrade with that $ 5, I ask for the payment, next day I delete my balance, the pending payment, my membership, that same day I sent a ticket, does not respond in 48 hours and then deletes it.

You cant cash out as you have invested with Payza, what else you need to know? No tickets are being deleted, but some have delayed.
