There is not a Support button, but a Contact one in the bottom of every page. Every member was asked for full name at the time of the registration, this field is visible only by that time. Afterwards, only I can see the full name field in your profile. If you have any doubts, do contact me.

Unable to withdraw even though I tried several times. I have now stopped clicking on the site as I cannot withdraw.

buenas tardes una pregunta yo en nombre completo puse mi primer nombre y mi primer apellido hay algun problema con eso o tenia que poner mis 2 nombres y mis 2 apellido mucha gracias espero su respuesta

ITS REALLY DISAPPOINTING THAT AFTER CLICKING FOR SO MANY MONTHS I AM UNABLE TO WITHDRAW MY $5. ITS SAD TO SAY THAT I HAVE TO STOP CLICKING ON A SITE WHICH IT TRUSTED ALL ALONG.

Dear members,

As we understand your concerns regarding the ID verification, I will explain to you few things in order to help you go through it:

1. If you are worried about your ID details , you can always blur/remove/cut the numbers of your passports etc. We don't need your full data, we don't need photos of you. We just need to know that there is a real person behind the account name, therefore if you feel skeptical ( which is totally normal) about providing your data, you can do the following :
2. You can send any kind of document with your full name on it, for example- library card, public transport card, utility bill, invoice etc.


I hope this would help you understand that we don't want to make you feel insecure or misled regarding the verification process. Hopefully the above mentioned points will prove that to you!
