Good afternoon, greetings, I have problems in withdrawing my balance, it tells me that I have to have $ 2 or 2,000 points, I have more than that and still I have not been able to withdraw it , I have been working on this great PTC for over a year and it is my 1st retreat, all that I have earned and reinvested in a cliquebook, in rented referrals. I have accounts at Uniclique, Cliquesteria, the same thing happens to me. Please, I urgently need to make the withdrawal, I would like your help, Thank you very much.

Hello

I think you managed to open a support ticket, I remember your case. You cannot cash out because you did not accumulate 2000 cashout points. The cashout points are different from the other, the normal points. For more info, you may read the NEWS section and the NEWS page, it is explained everything.
