Minutestaff Live-Surf

I wanted to ask if I'm the only one or if there are other people with the same problem:

When I am at the Minutestaff offerwall and I click on the tab "Live", there are two possibilities.
You can choose between Live-Surf without interaction (0.0125 per hour) or you can choose Live-Surf with interaction (0.0625 per hour).

So, when I click on the first one (0.0125 per hour), it opens a new tab but there's the following notification:
You may only have one live-surf window opened at a time.
Please close all windows and try again in 30 seconds.

Do you have the same problem? Or do you know how to solve it?
(I can close every window I have and this notification shows up...)

I hope someone can answer that question, I personally do not complete the minutestaff offers and I can not help ya....

That normally happens when you visiting other web sites while you "live surf"
First open the live surf and only then other tabs to visit other sites and it will display that message if you watch a video online as well.
