New To CliqueBook - HELP!

I have the following questions (for now):

Are these upgrade prices a one time fee or do you have to renew them? If so, how often?
Price Cost Free 5.00$...79.00$...19.00$...105.00$...43.00$...225.00$...238.00$....800.00$

Do I need to upgrade one pack at a time or can I jump to a higher pack? I'm new to CliqueBook and am considering upgrading.

I sent money through my PayPal account in order to be able to rent referrals as per the instructions.
How long before that payment is reflected on my account? I'm not used to waiting when I've used my PayPal account in the past.
