Account blocked and payment not sent

dear admin
i had an accoint on cliquesteria with username "batman".
after working for several months i sent a ticket to cliquesteria support to check my account for payment.
support replied me that my account is perfectly fine and i need NO VERIFICATION to attempt my first payment .
but within five days my account was blocked at cliquesteria and my payment not sent . and on the payment page , it is written that my payment has been sent?

plz check my support tickets sent at cliquesteria with username "batman".
i was told no need to verify my account , if it is required then i am ready to send the required documents.
