propably a combination between letting referrals expire ( costs 3 cents each ) and autopay enabled wih too many RRs not recycled, means some RRs click enough to trigger AP but do not click enough to cover the cost, (average below minimum) something like that.
however i strongly recommend that you read more how things work, google translate will help in case you don't understand each word under FAQ and TOS

Its normal to decrease, you move funds to purchase balance, you have the autopay on..... Be more specific. You havent let any referrals to expire, so it cannot be a referral expiry fee, but since there is a decrease in your earnings as of the referrals clicks, it less profit to you after you pay for the autopay. The main balance can decrease as of 2 reasons: wall fraud, and rented referrals expiry fee. The purchase balance may decrease as of the Autopay, and as of purchases.

There is no problem with the captcha, how many time have you tried today? The offerwall rules is obligatory for everyone, it is not necessary to complete surveys or special offers, there are simple ads to click in ptcwall, plewall, offers4all, minutestaff. The same way you click the site ads, the offerwalls contain easy and hard ways to earn from. I am sure, no matter where you are from, you should have pretty many ads to click and earn from the walls....
