Hi Admin,
I just would like to ask the reason why my balance suddenly became negative. What happened? Please help. Thanks.

Rented Referrals expiration fees?
Did you have Rented Referrals and let them expired?

My purchase balance stayed intact. It's my main balance that became negative. And rented referrals automatically expire in 30 days. I didn't know that there is a fee when they expire.

Hello Thelark06,
If you don't extend your Rented Referrals, you'll get expiry fees. Admin explained everything in the link below, did you read it?
The link: http://www.cliquebook.net/forum.php?topic=39251
These fees are substracted from your main balance. If you extend your RRs (30, 60, ..., 240 days), you don't get expiry fees!

Rented Referrals are good ways to make money because you earn more with their clicks than the price you paid to rent them.
The more you extend the number of days of a Rented Referral, the more you'll make money (because of the discount on the renting price). And it helps you support recycling costs that are inevitable.
So, yes, Rented Referrals should be extended if you want to make money with them!

But if RRs' avg is lower than their cost, can we stop renting them without paying any cost?
