Blocked ads navigation and crediting

because at some point a specific site comes up and the loading for credit dissapears,no matter what i do the specific site pops up everytime and i can not proceed, i tried blocking and baning the specific site but it still does not work, the sites also change,yesterday and the day before yesterday was different from the site doing that today for example. I understand that this can be a chrome thing or maybe i am infected from some kind of virus i dunno,but its only happening here and not at other PTC sites.
