I would like to say that Paypal claims are always easy to resolve if the both sides are communicating. The Master Admins are not those who fight with claims but those, who avoid having any. It is much easier for the seller and the buyer not to have problems with Paypal, because they keep records and evaluate risk accounts based on the %$ of claims one account has out of the total investments it has. TM had 1/2% disputes but they had an increasing number of the total investment in a very short period of time. Their business boomed in a couple of months. They made mil for 2-3 months out of 1.5 years online. What I want to say that the Paypal is safe and on the same time risky.....
thank you. i am pleased and feel grateful for your congrats greetings and wishes... but at the same time feel too bad for not still clicking some of my rr (rented referrals) since the day i rented them... almost nearly half of them.
in regard to paypal, am sorry to tell that i wasn't referring for claims or disputes or whatsoever between the seller (site's admin) and the buyer (its member). what i was trying to say is the problem between the paypal and its member (site's admin) for limiting account/s or freezing funds.
i have no idea, what the difference between the account of the buyer and the seller is. all i know is we cannot put our personal money in the paypal. our money is in the bank or credit card or debit card that we entered its account number in the paypal to use them in any transaction we will be made and to make our paypal account verified. so, i am confused for those scammed admins for their saying that their money was frozen by the paypal.
to note, the money or funds that are being frozen of the account of scammed admin/s are the money that they received from his/her members or buyers. in that case, the buyers or site's members can get their money back when they will be going to file a dispute... that's why the funds had frozen for 180 days. and there are reasons why our paypal account/s get limited which is also i encountered several times... but if you want to lift your limited account, you can contact them by sending an email or through phone as what i did... but just through email... and did what they were asking for to resolve the problem.
and you have mentioned tm, is it traffic monsoon? if so, do you know who tm's admin is? i also have an account there, but for some reasons, i stopped of being active member there. i am so lucky for not buying ad packs there 'coz i don't know how to. 
please note that i am not arguing for stating my opinion for what i have known versus for what you have known... it is just a commenting for your reply. 
I'm really happy for that conversation, it is not arguing, of course, it is different points of views.
TM is TrafficMonSoon yea, and I know Charles Scoville, he is a friend of mine in facebook for many years, probably 10 years so far. Well, I will not stay behind him but what happened to TM is again Paypal, it is not a personal decision. Is true that he ran sites in the past that went scam, I even did not get my 7$ from Infinitybux - one of his old sites  .
You referrals need a couple of days to start clicking, do not worry, it happens. I just want to advise you that you will need many more refs for that membership. Recently I have one member who purchased an expensive membership but did not rent a good amount of referrals before that, it is risky or, at least, it leads to delay in getting profit. It is much easier to have a cheaper upgrade and max number of referrals, and then getting to the biggest upgrades.
