Dear members,

As we understand your concerns regarding the ID verification, I will explain to you few things in order to help you go through this:

1. If you are worried about your ID details , you can always blur/remove/cut the numbers of your passports etc. We don't need your full data, we don't need photos of you. We just need to know that there is a real person behind the account name, therefore if you feel skeptical ( which is totally normal) about providing your data, you can do the following :
2. You can send any kind of document with your name on it, for example- library card, public transport card, utility bill, invoice etc.


I hope this would help you understand that we don't want to make you feel insecure or misled regarding the verification process. Hopefully the above mentioned points will prove that to you!

Dear members,

Due to the huge number of e-mails/ support tickets we receive concerning verification, we kindly inform you that these type of tickets and e-mails will be processed within 2-5 business days! You will lose nothing if you do that. If you do not know how, then you may open a support ticket and I will help you with it.

admin yo mande un correo con mi documento de identidad con eso basta? ahi sale mi identificacion como ciudadano venezolano por favor ayudeme con esto. gracias.

Admin como pongo mi nombre completo ? como se envian los tikets? no comprendo como es. Yo cuando me registre en la pagina coloque mi Primer Nombre y mi Primer Apellido esta bien? o debo colocar Mis 2 nombres y 2 Apellidos ?

Bastaria con mandar un correo con mi Carnet de identificacion ? o necesito algo mas? o solo bastara enviar mi carnet de identificacion ? gracias.
Admin how do I put my full name? How are the tikets shipped? I do not understand how it is. I when I register on the page put my First Name and my First Last Name is okay? Or should I put My 2 names and 2 Surnames?

Would it be enough to send an email with my ID card? Or do I need something else? Or is it enough just to send my identification card? Thank you.
