Follow this guideline:

Press (Ctrl+Print Screen SysRq) on the keyboard
- Open Accessories - Paint - Edit - Paste
- Save image ( File name: name your image and Save as type: jpg/jpeg/png)
- Upload your screenshot payment - http://tinypic.com, http://imageshack.us or another web hosting
- Copy the Direct link images (http:// ............ jpg)
- Then paste the link image ....
