Refarals are not clicking more then once

I always watch and click all the ads but I am getting only one click from each refarals. I am a clickey monthly employee.I should get 6 clicks from each refarals but I am not geeting the clicks what can I do?

May you tell me why do you think that you should be getting 6 clicks from a referral?
