Trying to upgrade

So frustrated, have been trying to add funds to my account balance or purchase balance to know avail (doing this through Skrill). Could someone give me a heads-up or a step by step tutorial on how it is done. Would be most appreciated.Don't want to seem stupid but does it make a difference that I"m in New Zealand?

how can i use my referral balance ...or transfer rr balance in my main balance??
