Can anyone explain to me why there are withdrawals daily from my purchase funds?

Your Autopay option is switched on and it takes money automatically from your Purchase balance to pay for the rented referrals days. Go to your rented referrals page, find the Autopay option and switch it off. The money is not lost, the system is taking it to pay for your active referrals' expiry date by adding +1 day for each day of activity.
