Hola espero que este bien, mi duda es como obtener puntos de retiros ¿que debo hacer? porque tengo el monto mínimo los 2000puntos normales pero 0 en puntos de retiro, entonces como obtengo esos puntos para poder hacer mi primer retiro. Por favor y disculpe la molestia
