My balance decreased

I purchased 35 referrals from July 29 2017 but it decreased to 25. Why? and my balance gone in to minus balance why?
so please solve this

Hello,

your RR has disappeared because you have let them expire. Rented Referrals are rented for 30 days. you should extend them before expiration date.
